Appointment to JV North's DPS

Rob CsondorGood news for RCA's Development Team!
We are delighted to announce the team has been appointed to JV North's Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), under the Valuation Services lot.
JV North is an established consortium of housing associations and local authority members who have built the equivalent of 3.5 homes every working day since forming in 2007. JV North's members are currently managing over 125,000 homes collectively and the consortium is supported by Saffer Cooper Consultancy.
In September 2021, JV North released a £560m Framework (the DPS) for contractors and consultants for the 2021/26 period as part of its programme to construct 4000 homes, and it is to this which RCA has been appointed.
Thanks to Duncan Smith for connecting us!
We're sure this is set to be a fruitful and valuable contract, and RCA very much looks forward to working with JV North.
As a first step in actively promoting our services to some members of the JV North consortium, RCA’s Managing Director, Rob Csondor gave a presentation on Financial Viability to members of the Bric by Bric Development School. The presentation took place on the 7th of March at Saffer Cooper's Ashton-Under-Lyme offices and provided some valuable insights into the purpose and pitfalls of making a financial viability argument, principally as part of the submission of residential planning applications.
