RCA expands into the east of England

Due to significant growth of the business and increasing opportunities within Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, RCA Regeneration Ltd. have recently expanded into the east of England after welcoming new Director Helen Morris to the team.
The new branch based in King's Lynn, headed up by Helen, will offer the same high-quality service to clients, specialising in the provision of a wide range of planning and development advice including the preparation of planning applications and appeals, development viability and appraisals, strategic planning and project management, S106 and affordable housing, community and neighbourhood planning, Red Book valuations, market assessments and grant funding.
Helen has over 20 years of experience in planning, having worked for various local authorities and also for private sector consultancies. For the last 12 years, Helen has worked for the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, most recently as Principal Planner for the north area team. As a result of her previous roles, Helen has developed a well-rounded skill set working regularly on residential-led schemes, rural/agricultural development, tourism proposals for holiday sites and camping, retail planning and other commercial schemes. Given her local authority background, she is able to provide sound advice to clients on what is likely to be achievable on a site.
RCA is a planning and development consultancy based in Worcestershire that has been successfully operating nationwide for the last 12 years and has established a good reputation within the industry. The planning services and development advice offered complement each other and are often delivered in parallel to clients. This comprehensive service ensures a balanced view which means that proposals put forward are deliverable and account for ‘market realism’. Too often planning proposals cannot be delivered because little account has been taken of development viability. Planning is not just about creating a ‘sense of place’, it is about delivering and implementing good design and sustainable development in a manner that delivers value for both the landowner and developer.
Since RCA was first established by Managing Director Robert Csondor in 2009, the company has continued to progress and has now grown to a team of 12 people that all have extensive experience working within the planning and property sectors and collectively work to achieve the best outcome for their clients.
