The RCA team have had steam coming out of our ears going through the Government's new planning white paper.
It's really been a metaphor for Christmas: a mixture of tasteless acrylic jumpers, toys that require a lot of battery power, delicious sweet treats and wonderfully thoughtful gifts that mean a lot to us.
Make of that what you will, but to us it’s a mostly positive mixed bag. We have tried to summarise the main bits for you in an accessible style and really until the consultation ends and the legislation is published, we can’t be sure it will all survive.
